In February 2006, BIEI was granted the permit by the Ministry of Education of P.R. China and Beijing Education Committee to engage in the training of qualified personnel(s) for multinational corporations.

The key lecturers on the faculty are returned students and expatriates.

BIEI has committed to introducing and delivering well-known courses that have been proven internationally successful over time so that Chinese students will have valuable exposure to the business environment outside China.

BIEI is the first school of its kind in China to deliver full ACCA/CAT courses. The faculty consisted of 18 full-time lecturers and 10 part-time lecturers is highly motivated and experienced, and as a result, BIEI students enjoy a very high pass rate. All this has made BIEI leader of the industry in China.

BIEI now has programs for students of different backgrounds and levels, and the feedback from both domestic and overseas has been very encouraging.

The course portfolio now extended to including ICFE (International Certificate in Financial English) co-developed by ACCA and Cambridge ESOL. BIEI is the first institution in China to develop and deliver such a high-potential course.
